Agreement

These terms govern access to the Handspring website and services. By using a Handspring service, you agree to these terms and any order form, service description, or additional agreement that applies to your account.

Accounts and authorized use

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting account credentials, and activity under your account. You may use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable documentation and usage limits.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Handspring the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide and support the requested service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide it.

Responsible use

You may not use the services to violate law or others’ rights, distribute malicious material, evade security controls, misrepresent AI output as guaranteed professional advice, or create unreasonable risk to people, systems, or public services.

AI-generated output

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed when decisions carry meaningful consequences. Handspring may provide citations, controls, and human escalation features, but customers remain responsible for how output is used in their organization.

Service availability and changes

We work to provide reliable services, but availability is not guaranteed unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Features may change as we improve security, performance, usability, or compliance.

Plans and payment

Features and usage limits depend on the plan provisioned for your organization. During our initial launch, paid plans may be arranged and invoiced directly. Fees, payment dates, renewals, and cancellation terms are those shown in the applicable order or invoice. Adding self-service payment processing later will not change an existing order without notice.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Except where prohibited by law or expressly stated in a written agreement, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Handspring disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for decisions made solely from AI output. Each party remains responsible for its own compliance with applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to a material violation of these terms. Customers may stop using the service at any time, subject to any applicable order terms.
